The three interrelated parts that make up the mind.
The first part is ID and it's main goal is to achieve pleasure and avoid pain. 'Johnny shows this by going around killing the demons that have escaped from hell . It brings a sense of great relief and pleasure knowing one more demon is sent back . With Ego, it deals with the real world. It operates on the basis of reason and helps mediate and integrate the demands of both ID and Superego. Johnny shows this when he make a deal with the devil in order to spare his father from death and will continue to kill demons until he has his revenge for the devil tricking him into selling his soul and killing his faher anyway. Superego is composed of both the conscience and the ego-ideal.This means that the superego helps suppress the urge to kill your competitor and keeps you working toward getting that raise. The human side of the Ghost rider keeps in check the power of the Rider so that it doesnt do something that the human Johnny will regert

People are often scared and friend of the Ghost rider because of how he looks people tend to treat him as the bad guy when hi is really the one trying to get rid of the demons and protect the humans and the ones he cares about from the demons that he fights and even though he is doing th right thin the fear of people causes him to doubt himself and think that he himself is evil and needs to be put down
